CONGRESS HOTELS:

Accommodations are compliments of XL and have been secured at the Westin Boston Waterfront. This brand new luxury hotel (debuting July 2006), is less than three miles from Logan International Airport and a short cab, water taxi, or ‘T’ train ride away from Back Bay and the Financial District. It is also connected to the newly opened Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, which will host the XL Congress Boston on October 5.

TRAINS:

South Station is the closest major Amtrack train station to the Westin Boston Waterfront hotel and the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and is a 10-minute walk or a $5 cab ride.
-MBTA (The "T" train in Boston)
The silver line T stops closest to the Congress hotel and venue and costs $1.25 one-way.

CLIMATE AND CONFERENCE ATTIRE:

The average October temperature in Boston ranges from 45F to 63F. Rain can be expected at any time.

Recommended attire is business formal (jacket and tie for men) for the XL 20th Anniversary Dinner on October 4 and the XL Congress on October 5.
